Shipping policy

Where we deliver We deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery time Orders are usually delivered in a minimum of 3 to 4 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery can take longer depending on your location, product availability and the courier.

Order confirmation We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

Cash on delivery Where cash on delivery is available at checkout, you pay the courier in AED when the order is delivered. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and pay.

Failed deliveries If the courier cannot reach you or the order is refused, it may be returned to us and cancelled. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct when you order.
